1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankZen AI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankZen AI provides AI-powered tools for Etsy sellers including keyword research, listing generation, SEO analysis, and product image generation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancelled. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Unused credits (listings, images, keyword searches) do not carry over between billing periods. Limits reset on each renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate Etsy's policies or any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to abuse usage limits

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service (listings, images, keywords) is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance with Etsy's policies before publishing. RankZen AI makes no warranty regarding Etsy's acceptance of generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded images and product descriptions. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for commercial use. RankZen AI retains ownership of the Service and its underlying technology.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any specific results on Etsy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankZen AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
