7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions, provided that less than 20% of your monthly plan credits have been used. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must apply:

If more than 20% of credits have been used, the subscription is considered consumed and no refund will be issued. This protects against abuse while still giving genuine users a fair evaluation period.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@rankzenai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will review your usage and process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.

Renewals

After the 7-day window, subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.

AI Generation Failures

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end and credits were incorrectly deducted, we will restore those credits to your account. This is handled separately from the refund policy — contact support with details.

The Free plan requires no payment and is not eligible for refunds. If you are on the Free plan and experience issues, please contact support.
