• Account information: Name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
• Payment information: Subscription plan and billing status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: Listings generated, keywords searched, and images created, used solely to enforce plan limits and display your usage dashboard.
• Uploaded images: Product photos you upload for image generation. These are stored on our servers and used only to generate your requested outputs.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management. See their privacy policy.
• OpenAI — AI text generation for listings. Your product descriptions are sent to OpenAI's API. See their privacy policy at openai.com.
• Replicate — AI image generation. Your product images are sent to Replicate's API. See their privacy policy at replicate.com.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images are stored for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and JWT authentication. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your generated content
